About Us
CUPLAJE PROD SRL CUGIR is a company specialized in the manufacture and refurbishment of electromagnetic clutches and brakes. The company’s workforce is composed entirely of qualified personnel, originating from I,M CUGIR, an industrial unit with a long-standing tradition in this field, recognized both nationally and internationally for the expertise and professionalism of the people who have worked here over the years. Before 1989, Î.M. Cugir was the only factory in Romania manufacturing electromagnetic clutches and brakes. The company’s General Manager is Mr. Eng. Econ. Cornel CORNEA, who previously worked as Head of the Electromagnetic Clutches Department, Production Manager, and later Commercial Director at Î.M. Cugir.
